Other Services

TRIPS 

is available to medicaid recipients.  The TRIPS bus can pick you up from your home, take you to your medical appointment, then take you back home when the appointment is over.  This service is FREE.
 

Healthchek

As a Medicaid recipient, your child is eligible for additional preventative health care services offered through the Healthchek program.  Healthchek is a FREE program designed to identify and treat medical problems before they become serious, reduce risk to your child's health, and increase their overall well-being.
 

Voter Registration

Sandusky County Department of Job and Family Services is a designated Voter Registration Agency.
 

First Call for Help

attempts to link people in need of information and/or referral services to health, human service or government agencies, along with community or support organizations, which then provide the appropriate assistance. It also acts as a listening ear for callers who just wish to talk, or work towards resolving problems. All services are FREE and completely confidential.
