   Youth Services Program

The Comprehensive Case Management and Employment Program (CCMEP) is an innovative program that can help youth and young adults ages 14-24 find employment, education and training. It offers a wide range of services specifically tailored to each individual.

Where can I apply for CCMEP?

Great Lakes Community Action Partnership (GLCAP) is responsible for managing CCMEP in Sandusky County and is called the “Ready to Work Youth Program.”
Through this agency, youth can access the help they need to achieve economic self-sufficiency.
For more information on this program, call 419-332-2169 and ask for Lucille or Patty or email them at: LNPHILLIPS@glcap.org or plhall@glcap.org.
